Replace the flags in the footer by spelled names for language selection

Description

For example, Spain is not the only country (nor the most populous) speaking spanish. No reason to have a spannish flag for the language.

another problem: where can we change the spelling of the languages? I am afraid it is only possible directly in the language table of the db ? Correct me, if i am wrong.

Yes, the language names come from the languages table.

ok, I figured out: Due to the latest commits on trunk this is rather hard to move to production. Either we move only the /build/rox/templates folder or we have to move it all. But revision-wise-commiting is impossible like this.

Isn't the rox part of this ticket already on production ? If i get it right, only the bw-footer needs to be moved, as done in r5302.

Is there a any milestone policy? Which ticket should go to which milestone ?

I handled the milestones in a pragmatic way so far. Often Philipp was the driving person along with the BoD for the different milestones. It never worked out fully but after one milestone is set, priorities are clear(er) and the descriptions tell you what fits in there and what doesn't.

About this ticket: The rox part is on production BUT the bw-part that you created relies on newer changes in trunk. Either we have to point your file (footer.php) to the old location of templates (templates/rox) for now or make the new location finally available (move most of the rox templates to build/rox/templates). Kasper started this work, but without tickets. This is why it's sometimes hard now to move single parts to production.
