Allow image-tags in the forums

Description

As a first and easy step to enable our users to add pictures to the forums, I propose to allow image-tags in both the TinyMCE-Component and in the the insert-function of the forums model.

I think we need a way to make a preview before confirming a post.

Since I'm working on forum now, but since you (micha) are a master for these layout things, may be you could propose something and we could see how to include it without breaking the forum (we must be in contact since there is a hight risk taht we touch the same files)

Do you really think, a preview is needed?

I mean, I don't mind, introducing one but I don't consider it top-priority. As you can still edit your posts later one...

no, in is not top top priority. But I am a bit afraid of people who will not be able to posting as they want (or who think that the result will be different).

It is very possible that even with edit, people will not be able to have this results.

I would say, being able to preview of post is just very important but not top prio, I would say it can be done after.

My question was most : how to do this ? what function is to be called ? Which div (or similar) are needed ?
