Description

The Shouts application should enable us to implement comments and small discussions all over the site. Currently only limited commenting-functions are available and those are bound to specific applications (e.g. blogs and gallery).

first version of Shouts in r6253 and first implementations in gallery, trips in r6254. Also dbupdate in r6255. Could you test functionality?

Where are spots where we should/could implement comments/small discussion like that? It's easy to implement.
