Development Team Roadmap - Discussion
This "roadmap" is meant to give us an overview where we as a team should put the focus on in the close to far future. The listing of goals and expectations scheduled by quarters should give us a guideline to prioritize our tasks while keeping the flexibility needed in a volunteer project. This roadmap combines the agendas from all of us to give us a comprehensive view on where we want to go as a team.
The coordinator and very active developers will create milestones and set ticket priorities based on this road map as well as needs from other teams, the community, ...
How to read the roadmap
- The roadmap is devided into quarters, future ones on top, older ones at the end
- Every milestone begins with a level 3 (===) descriptive headline
- The box shows what how the community thinks about this milestone
- Fixed milestone, approved by BoD - link to BoD report: This milestone has been discussed and agreed upon by the community and the BoD
- rate: from 0 (not important) to 5 (very important), how important people consider this milestone
- sooner: a "+" for everybody who would like to reach this milestone sooner
- later: a "+" for everybody who would like to reach this milestone later
- A description as short but precise as possible.
How to participate
- If want to add a milestone just copy/past and enter the descriptions
- State your opinion about milestones added by others by entering information into the box:
- rate: from 0 (not important) to 5 (very important), how important yo consider this milestone
- sooner: add a "+" if you would like to reach this milestone sooner
- later: add a "+" if you would like to reach this milestone later

Several features we offer do not yet work as nice and smoothly as they should. This milestone should focus on improving these rather then introducing new ones. In the end everything that is offered by the site should be fairly usable. Features that don't meed these requirements should be excluded until improved. Features to improve include:
- forum
- groups
- sigunp / admin tool for accepters
