• lemonhead: 'custom query' is too many clicks away
• lemonhead: Often I visit a ticket, just to find out it's too complicated for me right now. Sometimes this happens more oftne with the same ticket.

• lemonhead: The timeline does not show the ticket title for ticket changes. This makes it hard to make sense of it.
