Page titles in BeWelcome

A page title is the text that appears in the title bar of your browser window, and that decorates your browser tabs. Good page titles are important for the usability of a website.

The pages in the old bw part of BeWelcome did already have page titles, but the new PT pages are all named 'BeWelcome', which is boring and not useful. Like everything in BeWelcome, page titles can be defined in a way that they can be translated into other languages. On this page we can assemble arguments and wishes about the page titles in BeWelcome.

The BW logo is on every page, so no need to mention it here.
