Binding guideline or private opinion?
The article recently caused confusion on the bewelcome forums, Isa's post. Are these guidelines really binding for bw, or is it just private opinion? In the second case, we should say so - or even modify or rewrite the article. -- lemon-head 23:44, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
