My motivation for BeWelcome?

Meeting friendly people all over the world is a great experience, which is defintely worth working for. In BeWelcome I hope we can achieve to maintain the friendly atmosphere 'at the grass-roots level' also in the forum, administration and in fact in all levels. Abuse cases should be dealt with quickly and we should not have any regrets 'losing' members that abused our site or our members. For the administration I believe we have to find a good balance between the desirable and the doable. Transparency for members should be the key to a better understanding why some things though they are desirable just cannot be done (at least for the moment).
