My motivation for BeWelcome?

I have always enjoyed working with other people in a democratic and constructive way. I hope I can achieve the same things here in BeWelcome. We should have a user-friendly geographical lay-out, and deal with mistakes and requests as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The forum should be a place where people can discuss freely and exchange different opinions as long as basic rules of respect and tolerance are upheld. Transparance should be the key word
